Africa: Eritrea, Somalia, Somaliland, and certain other regions.
Islands and Territories: Bouvet Island, Caroline Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and Spanish territories in North Africa.
Middle East: Yemen.
Other Regions: Yugoslavia and Zaire.
