Return Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations prior to shipment or production of the product. If your order is cancelled, a full refund will be given. We cannot cancel an order if the product has already been shipped or manufactured.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of delivery of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase for returns. Please contact our customer service department to make sure you are sending the package to the correct address. 

Notes

Custom made or personalized items are not entitled to 14-day refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The amount of the fee depends on the express company you choose.

If the goods received are damaged or incorrect for our reasons, the consumer is not required to pay the shipping fee for this reason.

The consumer will not be charged a restocking fee for returning a product;


Refund (if applicable).

Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will email you an acknowledgement of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable).

If you have not yet received a refund, recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Then contact your bank. It often takes some time for the refund to post. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@onetwoyear.com.
